In compliance with the provisions of the Law and the Articles of Association of the
Company, the Shareholders of HALCOR, METAL WORKS, S.A. are hereby invited, by the Board of Directors, to attend the Company’s Annual General Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at 12:00 hours, at the PRESINENT HOTEL, 43 Kifissias Av., Athens.
