HALCOR NTT joint venture brings evolution to the HVAC&R Market

Halcor, the copper & alloys extrusion division of ElvalHalcor and the largest copper tubes producer in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), has teamed up with Suzhou New-Taitong FIN-Tube Company (NTT), part of Taiwan Chung Chen Metal Industrial Company (CCM Group), a leader in designing and manufacturing technical finned tubes since 1973.

Guided by the motto “Engineering Thermal Innovation”, the HALCOR NTT partnership is poised to redefine the HVAC&R landscape (Heating, Ventilation, Air Condition & Refrigeration), by delivering products designed for optimal thermal performance, produced and tested entirely in Europe and tailored to meet customers’ specific needs.

A key achievement of the collaboration has been the launch of TALOS^® NTT FIN Tubes, specially designed for heat exchange applications, condensers and evaporators. The tubes feature enhanced inner and outer surfaces that increase thermal performance and overall system efficiency.

HALCOR NTT controls the entire journey. From raw copper to finished finned tubes, the fully integrated European production process – from copper cathode to final product – ensures consistent product quality, total traceability and process control, faster delivery and dependable performance.
