Labour and Human rights Policy
This policy reflects ElvalHalcor’s commitment to human dignity, promoting ethical practices, and safeguarding the rights of all employees and stakeholders.
The heart of our success and the key to our competitive edge. We have built a work culture that supports the well-being of our #HalcorTeam, with a strong focus on creating a people-centered environment for growth and achievement.
Our work culture is built on the pillars of professional development and recognition. We understand that sustained excellence involves nurturing continuous learning and providing opportunities for individual advancement. #HalcorTeam members are encouraged to unlock their full potential, driving both their professional growth and our collective success.
We honor the loyalty and dedication of our employees through our Recognition initiatives, such as commemorating 30 years of dedicated service. These acknowledgments celebrate the long-term camaraderie and shared commitment that unite Halcor and its devoted team.
Team events bring us closer. Activities like marathons and group events promote teamwork, communication, and balance.
Our commitment to innovation and teamwork is strong. With Project: Idea Box, we invite every member of the #HalcorTeam to contribute ideas, drive progress, and maintain an environment where open dialogue and constructive feedback are not only valued but rewarded.
We are dedicated to creating a workplace that embraces diversity and ensures equal opportunity for everyone. We believe that a rich mix of perspectives and experiences is essential for guiding Halcor towards a bright future.
Halcor is our People, and we’re committed to nurturing collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. One of our key initiatives, the Idea Box project, enables every member of the #HalcorTeam to share ideas that drive meaningful change. For the past four years, the Idea Box has been a cornerstone of continuous improvement across our operations. This platform allows employees to submit suggestions on important topics like health and safety, environmental sustainability, productivity improvement, cost reduction, implementing the 5S methodology, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and more. The results speak for themselves. Over 620 ideas have been submitted, with 300 ideas successfully implemented and 120 rewarded for their exceptional impact. These numbers showcase our team’s creativity and Halcor’s commitment to turning innovative ideas into actionable improvements.
